Polycystic Kidney Disease was once new to me, though it has long been a reality for many others.

This space was created to learn, connect, and share life with PKD and CKD—while also recognizing that we are more than a diagnosis. As we navigate symptoms, mental and emotional challenges, and other health concerns, we are still living full, meaningful lives beyond illness.

This is my testimony of resilience, hope, and not giving up—and I hope it becomes the beginning of yours too.
